Exhibitions

This year FotoWeek DC not only brings back our very core exhibitions of the Awards competition finalists, youth contest, and thumbnails show, but will present several specially curated exhibitions by Pulitzer-prize winning photographer Lucian Perkins of work from Cuba, Russia and Iraq.  Also featured will be a group show from the Magenta Foundation of cutting-edge contemporary photography from Canada, Great Britain and the US, and a striking exhibition of work highlighting international human rights conflicts entitled "Thy Brother's Keeper."  Coming together with single purpose, Washington's museums and galleries, nonprofits and even storefronts will be showing provocative and beautiful imagery in celebration of the power of photography. Click on FotoWeek DC Exhibitions to view FotoWeek DC created events, and on Partner Exhibitions to view the many events occurring around town.
